ART-4250 Professional Practices
This course prepares students for the transition from student to practicing artist. In this course, students develop a cohesive body of work for their senior exhibition while gaining practical skills for sustaining a creative practice after graduation. Topics include writing artist statements, exhibition and grant proposals, professional presentation, and strategies for promoting one’s work within contemporary art contexts.
